The Birth of India: A dance drama in five parts

April 19, 2019 marked the centennial of the worst day in Indian history but also the day that Indians of all religions and ethnicities and geographic regions united in their decision to free themselves from being ruled by an alien power. This event crystallized India’s Freedom movement and Gandhi as its natural leader at the young age of 49.
